Director, Lead Strategy & Database Operations- oDevelops and manages ongoing Cision's Lead Intelligence Database, a foundational element of a best-in-class B2B Demand Gen Engine that fuels prospect & customer strategies at scale. Key elements include:
-Partner with IT to develop short term and long-term infrastructure and maintenance -Partner with Marketing and Sales to identify first party and third party intelligence/ data enrichment sources required for advanced audience creation that fuel Marketing & Sales plays oDesigns and develops the lead routing strategy in partnership with Sales to maximize the impact of all lead types across Sales teams and roles oLeads lead processing strategy cross-functionally across Sales and Marketing, including lead types conversion tracking and setting up always-on lead performance monitoring oPartners with Sales leaders on assignment logic strategy, driven by commercial initiatives, such as territory mapping, Cision product suite, and expanding account team oBuilds, refines, rollouts and monitors the technical Salesforce assignment logic in partnership with Sales Operations and Salesforce IT oOwns the lead feedback loop from lead pass from Marketing to Sales, providing findings to guide Marketing campaign ROI optimizations and ongoing optimization of Lead routing and Sales treatment plays oDevelops Account and Lead Scoring methodologies based on historical Closed-Won data and changing industry trends, in partnership with Sales, Sales Operations and Marketing oBuilds prototypes for the US (Lead Intelligence Database, Lead Routing strategies) and then partners with local market leaders to implement around the globe oKey collaborators:
Sales, Sales Operations, IT and Marketing Demand Generation Manager, Lead Strategy & Operations - oManages day-to-day executional requirements for lead processing, including resolving lead engine hiccups and ad-hoc assignment needs oProvides daily, weekly, monthly lead management operational reporting, including lead pass assignments, lead management, and qualification requirements to drive change oEnable Sales on available lead information within Salesforce, including prospect behavior and activity to drive higher engagement and sales process acceleration oPlay integral role in the Account allocation process by ensuring SDR teams have required lead volumes to hit their targets oManage and enable Sales teams on how scoring should be best utilized in their follow up and prioritization for maximum output oKey collaborators:

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Database AdministrationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
