SUMMARY OF ROLE:
The Associate Director of Market Access will play a pivotal role in establishing patient access to Servier Pharmaceuticals products.
Reporting to the Director of Market Access, the Associate Director of Market Access will be responsible for managing the development of market access strategies, based on well-designed and executed market analysis, for currently marketed products as well as those in development.
The role will work closely with key functional areas within Servier Pharmaceuticals including HEOR, Commercial, Medical, Communications, Finance, National Account Directors, Field Sales Management and Servier global counterparts.
This exciting role encompasses responsibilities that include market access, strategic development, and tactical execution.
Responsibilities:
Develops compelling and differentiated product value propositions for existing products and for those in development Manages/conducts market research and analytics Analyses and interprets the potential impact of state and federal policies to Servier Manage agencies/partners/suppliers to deliver tools/tactics/resources to ensure tools/programs meet expectations and are delivered on time and within budget Manage contracts and other agreements with third-party vendors from contract development through fulfillment and payment Work closely with (HEOR/RWE) and conduct payer market research to identify and analyse trends and/or changes which will influence market access/US pricing now and in the future Create actionable analytics at the plan and geographical level Create payer materials for unbranded disease awareness campaigns Develop branded tactics for pull-through activities Develop KPIs and metrics to assess the impact of key initiatives Manage the market access budget Customize strategies based on Commercial, Medicaid and Specialty Channel demographics, legislation, and trends Addresses issues and needs from the NAD and field sales team regarding market access and customer adoption of Servier products Provides market access education/skill development to US and global colleagues Collaborates with Commercial to ensure alignment with market access objectives, strategies and tactics, and that the broader Servier goals and strategies are achieved Collaborates with cross-functional teams (HEOR, Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Communications, Field Sales, Business Development, and Patient Advocacy) Performs other duties as required or directed by the Director of Access Marketing Performs all company business in accordance with regulations and company policies and procedures Skills and Education:
Bachelor's Degree; Life science degree preferred 5-7
years' experience in payer/market-access marketing in the pharmaceutical industry (biopharmaceutical manufacturer, market-access agency, marketing-access consulting) Knowledge of US payer systems, evolving trends in health care including value-based purchasing/contracting, net cost and rebate driven customers, evidence-based medicine, and quality measures.
Familiarity with current legal and regulatory landscape pertinent to the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry Ability to manage multiple and diverse product lines, customer segments, and levels of internal/external stakeholders; demonstrated ability to manage and pivot between products, customer segments and high stakeholder layers quickly, effectively and successfully Strong business management skills, demonstrates an excellent understanding of marketing practices, with ability to develop and execute strategic plans, and understand and apply the fundamentals of financial management Analytical and problem-solving skills, a demonstrated ability to gather, understand, evaluate information from various sources Individual must possess the ability to build consensus in a matrix environment with multiple functional groups supporting the brand team Strong business acumen, financial and analytical skills The following skills are preferred:
Product launch experience in specialty/biologics Experience in specialty products channel Experience in haematology/oncology Other Relevant Information:
Option for remote work Ability to travel up to 20%.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
