Job Description:
The Temp Marketing Director will work in close collaboration with the Boston Medical Center Marketing and Communications Department to support the organization's mission, values, and impact on patients.
The successful candidate will have a data-driven approach and manage various special projects, campaigns and marketing initiatives to meet targeted goals.
Reporting to the VP of Brand & Creative, the Temp Marketing Director will manage a team of 4-6, including brand, social and email marketing.
Key
Responsibilities:
Develop and project manage strategic brand and marketing campaigns in collaboration with stakeholders to meet their goals, creating an engaging experience for patients and potential patients.
Partner with and support marketing leadership team with various campaign work, presentations, proposals, strategy development and special projects.
Support the development of the hospital's paid media and award planning, budgeting and strategy to bolster performance and assist marketing campaigns in accomplishing key goals.
Aid in the marketing department's process improvement journey work and help establish more efficiencies.
Manage execution of brand and service-line campaigns in alignment with the broader marketing team.
Support the execution of BMC's monthly patient newsletter.
Support the execution of BMC's social media strategy.
Assist with budget management for the marketing team.
Provide strategic guidance for campaign analytics and reporting.
Must adhere to all of BMC's RESPECT behavioral standards.
Job Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications or a related field, Masters preferred.

years of marketing, communications experience.
Deep experience in multimedia campaign work (including digital and print advertising, OOH, social media, email marketing, SEM/SEO, etc).
Proven experience in managing a team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment and meet deadlines.
