Business Development Manager

Your Job Interconnect Systems International, LLC (ISI), a subsidiary company and part of the Molex family, is looking for a Business Development Manager for the Microelectronics & Advanced Packaging segment to handle an eastern US territory.
ISI is looking for an experienced professional to help drive future growth with both existing and new customers, primarily in the Aerospace and Defense segment.
This position is an exciting opportunity to create new product and sales strategy action plans to boost financial growth and new customer acquisition.

What You Will Do In collaboration with the leadership team, develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve key revenue, share and profit goals for the organization.
Promotes ISI Microelectronics and Advanced Packaging products, capabilities, and solutions to key customers, including product seminars, sales and distribution training, tradeshows, and customer presentations.
Identify new product development opportunities and support/sponsor the development of the new products in coordination with engineering, sales, and marketing.
Maintain a high level of Microelectronics and Advanced Packaging market, product, and industry knowledge and keep the business unit informed of trends, opportunities and needs in the Aerospace & Defense Segment.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience 5 years of success in technical sales and new product development Technical knowledge of Microelectronics and Advanced Packaging What Will Put You Ahead Deep industry knowledge in Aerospace & Defense markets Microelectronics and Advanced Packaging new product development experience.
Excellent communication skills developed in technical environment.
Experience using CRM platform (e.
g.
