Business Development Partner

Why This Role is Important to Us:
Reporting to the Manager of Business Development, the Partner, Business Development is responsible for identifying and building mutually beneficial relationships with key market stakeholders (Healthcare Providers, Community-based organizations, LTSS and Advocacy Groups) in Massachusetts.
This role will self-generate leads and enrollments for Medicare eligible beneficiaries which will ultimately enroll through one of our Sales Channels.
PBD success will be measured based on monthly goal attainment (Enrollments from self-generated leads).
Under the direction of the Manager of Business Development, this individual will develop a viable outreach/engagement plan for their assigned accounts/communities in order to achieve lead and enrollment goals.
As a customer facing representative of CCA, this individual will be a mission driven, self-starter that is able to interact with both beneficiaries and strategic partners.
Supervision Exercised:
None What You'll Be Doing:

Identify, establish, and cultivate strategic partnerships with key influencers to achieve assigned membership growth (enrollment) goals.

Self-generate new membership leads and enrollments across assigned channels/territory through relationship building and education of key influencers (Health care Providers, Community-based organizations, and Advocacy Groups) on CCA Medicare products.

Help to define strategy and ensure Organizational readiness related to membership growth in identified diverse communities including meeting language needs and cultural competencies
Develop / execute community and provider presentations, community activities and other Sales/Educational events in accordance with current approved communication and marketing programs and CMS/State regulations.

Conduct ongoing education/training to multiple levels of partner staff respective to CCA products, programs, and process.

Closely collaborate with Manager of Business Development to ensure alignment with Sales/Outreach and Broker channels related to Enrollment activity
Serves as a subject matter expert on CCA Medicare Plans and maintains all current product certifications and appropriate licensure.
Working Conditions:

Fully Remote / Community based
Must have own vehicle for travel; majority of time will be spent in the field/market
Must be able to work occasional nights, weekends and holidays as needed What We're Looking For:
Education Required:

Associate degree or equivalent experience
Valid driver's license for frequent travel to customer locations.
Education Desired:

Bachelor's Degree
Current applicable state's Health Producers License Experience Required:

years of related experience
2
years as a top performer at a Medicare Advantage Carrier
Experience developing Outreach strategies
Experience working with Community Based Organizations, Providers and/or Advocacy Groups.

Experience building cultural competencies cross functionally Experience Desired:

4 years of experience working for health insurer, health care provider or community-based organization focused on outreach to the older adult population.

Experience with Medicare and Medicaid
Experience with Salesforce and Tableau Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Exceptional time management skills, strong attention to detail required.

Excellent presentation skills with the ability to speak to groups of all sizes.

Must be able to work independently and as a team member.

Requires ability to interact professionally and effectively with management, internal staff, and external customers.

Strong analytical skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.

Bi-lingual preferred
Bi-lingual in one of the following:
Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole Other Required:

Transporting, setting up and breaking down displays, tables, event booths, etc.
