Technology Product Manager

Universal Robots is revolutionizing the way humans work with robots.
We have carved a whole new market in the world of robotics, the Collaborative Robots - aka Cobots - market and we need amazing people to help us nurturing it.
We're looking for a Head of Product to look after the full spectrum the cobot architecture:
hardware, system software, integration and platform.
It's a broad role that will see you looking at anything from core hardware aspects such as joint technology to blue-sky AI-related initiatives.
This role is first and foremost a people-centric role, as you'll be taking good care of our incredible Product Managers.
You'll hire great talent and you'll be their coach, their mentor, their guide.

You know how to build a great team and how to nurture it.
In addition to being a people leader, you'll also support the product teams from a strategy and process perspective.
Each Product Manager is empowered to own and drive their product area, hence you'll act both as a proactive and reactive guide:
you'll respond to open pipeline / process issues, consulting with stakeholders in the Product universe to find suitable solutions, but you'll also become intimate with the activity of your product teams, supporting them in finding the focus on the right customer problems and the solutions to those - as well as the right ways to bring them to life.
Finally, you'll embark in special projects, some of which are aimed at improving the efficiency and quality of the Product org (spinning up new product teams, new segmentation and user journey analyses, internal comms initiatives) as well as expanding our reach as a business (planning with key strategic clients, market expansion analyses, moonshots in new fields).
This position sits within the PXD - Product & UX Design - organization, reporting to the VP of Product & UX You'll do a mix of all these things - and some more:

Sit down with your teams, join their ceremonies, understand their needs and set them up for success Support the teams in shaping product strategy and quarterly goals, providing key insights as well as ensuring they are aligned with the overall company strategy Represent your product teams and product area in meetings with various stakeholders across the business:
sales, marketing, partners, customers, UR and Teradyne senior management Drive key internal or cross-department high-impact initiatives About you:

You love taking care of your team and enabling them to succeed You love getting dirty in product management matters, contributing to a wide variety of forums - from practical daily scrum meetings to fluffy blue-sky strategy sessions You know how to recognize an organization design or process issue and how to solve it.
You've done this all before, multiple times You know how to deal with stakeholders at all levels - including CXOs You appreciate different stakeholders across the business have different goals and visions than yours and you're happy to adapt your way of communicating and find a common goal Professional background in robotics and/or automation strongly preferred Academic background in social sciences, robotics or computer sciences strongly preferred Recommended Skills Agile Methodology Architecture Artificial Intelligence Automation Coaching And Mentoring Communication Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
