As a Communications & Email Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day, hands-on execution of our email communications across a growing network of global consultants.
Our goal is to increase the awareness, engagement, and satisfaction of learning offerings with best-in-class, personalized marketing.
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about email communication, data-driven marketing, and email marketing platforms.
In this role, you'll partner closely with the Communications and Design teams to help design, develop, analyze, and constantly enhance the learner experience of how we delivers key messages and resources globally.
This position requires strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Required Skills:

2-5 years of experience working in corporate marketing or communications, including building and deploying high-impact email communications2.
Must have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, experience with SFMC Journey Builder is a plus.
Or similar products like Oracle Eloqua and Marketo.

Detailed knowledge of email regulations, best practices, and compliance internationally in various regulatory regimes (e.
g.
, GDPR or CASL)4.
Organized and able to balance multiple projects under tight deadlines simultaneously without jeopardizing the quality of work Desired Skills (not required but candidate will have exposure to these skills in this role):
1.
Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS experience required to build email templates2.
Interest in following and experimenting with digital marketing trends and industry best practices3.
Knowledge of marketing automation and campaign execution4.
Knowledge or experience in the Adobe Suite- Photoshop and Illustrator in particularRequired Skills :
