Treasury Services Analyst

The Treasury Services Analyst would be responsible for supporting internal (Sales & RM) and external customers.
The Treasury Services Analyst should collaborate with their sales representatives for direction when onboarding a new customer.
The Treasury Services Analyst will have control over the onboarding process and judge when it is appropriate to include internal business partners, product, and training.
The Treasury Services Analyst should independently be able to identify new service needs for clients and implement.
The analyst should be able to look for ways to improve processes and procedures to make the reporting functions run more effectively and efficiently.
Major responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Onboarding new customers
Act as a project manager to coordinate a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
This would include synchronizing account opening with the lending assistant and the creation and collection of the appropriate agreements with the customer to set up Treasury services
Work closely with Implementation & Training to ensure that the services are set up properly and client is trained as needed
Maintain quality of paperwork and timeliness of implementationsCustomer Support
Independently provide account management, client servicing including maintenance to existing services to the customers
Research, analyze, and resolve a wide range of treasury, cash management and or depository products and services issues of varying complexity
Able to prioritize workflow
Provide high-quality support for customer needsSales Support
Responsible for assisting in preparation of sales presentations, RFPs, pricing, set-up forms, demos, portfolio / pricing maintenance
Able to provide back-up support while sales representative is away from the office with clients
Able to effectively support multiple sales representativesEducation and Experience
3-7 years previous experience working in Treasury/Cash Management sales, product, service, reporting or implementation
Must be comfortable working directly with clients both in-person and over the phone/email
Have a strong working knowledge of Treasury/Cash Management services
Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent written and verbal communications skills; must be able to adapt and tailor message to audience (Sales, Product, Operations, and Client)
Must have superior follow through, be highly organized and be efficient with time management
Advanced skills with Microsoft Applications
Experience in analyzing, running, and auditing sales & incentive reporting a plusCommitted.
