Manager, HR Operations

An AmLaw 50 client of ours is seeking a Manager of HR Operations to join their organization.
This individual will have 5-6 direct reports and will be responsible for day-to-day management of the people and processes essential the full life cycle of people transactions at the firm.
The Manager will be responsible for managing the worker transactions and operational administration to ensure successful and smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for all partners and employees.
The manager is expected to develop efficiencies within processes, workflows and procedures related to the operational effectiveness of people transitions.
The manager will also partner with HRBPs and ADMs, Payroll, Benefits, IT and others to ensures continuity and successful delivery of operational services and exceptional customer service to clients.

, NYC, San Fran, Santa Monica, Silicon Valley, D.

) - At least 3-4 years of HR Operations Management experience in professional services or law firms - Process Improvement mindset - Experience with Workday or similar HRIS system - Excellent interpersonal skills and conflict resolution skills, as well as strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills - Experience managing vendor relationships and strong influence and negotiation skills - Familiarity with relevant employment and privacy laws - Bachelors degree Recommended Skills Administration Business Process Improvement Business Relationship Management Communication Conflict Resolution Customer Service Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
