Job DescriptionThe following are components of the role.
Day to day, the experience will vary, depending on the needs of the leadership team.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
Develop and execute ABM strategies to engage and nurture key accounts.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify high-potential target accounts and tailor personalized marketing campaigns to drive conversions.
Create compelling content, assets, and messaging aligned with ABM objectives to establish meaningful connections with prospects.
Digital Marketing Strategy:
Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including LinkedIn, the website, email campaigns, and SEO initiatives.
Utilize data-driven insights and market trends to shape marketing strategies that maximize ROI and drive customer acquisition and retention.
Identify emerging digital marketing opportunities and stay abreast of industry best practices and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Website and Content Management:
Oversee website content strategy, ensuring it aligns with marketing objectives, enhances user experience, and drives lead generation.
Collaborate with content creators and stakeholders to develop compelling and engaging content, leveraging data and insights to identify content gaps and opportunities.
Digital Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize various digital analytics tools to measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate campaign results, key performance indicators (KPIs), and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Insurance and Cyber Insurance Expertise:
Leverage your insurance industry experience to understand the unique challenges and opportunities within the sector.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and innovations, integrating this knowledge into brand strategies and messaging.
If applicable, apply your expertise in cyber insurance to enhance the brand's positioning in this specialized area.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
A master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience (at least 2 years) in growth marketing, digital marketing, and/or account-based marketing, ideally within the insurance or financial services industry.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective ABM and digital marketing strategies that resulted in measurable business growth.
Strong understanding of digital analytics, data-driven decision-making, and A/B testing methodologies.
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
A creative mindset, capable of generating innovative marketing ideas and solutions.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS) is preferred.
Analytical and detail-oriented with a passion for staying up to date with the latest industry trends and marketing technologies.
Tools used should include (among others):
Google Analytics including GA4, HubSpot, Unbounce, WordPress, LinkedIn advertising, Google Search Console, Google Ads, etc.
