The Front Desk Associate will help greet and assist clients as they arrive in the building.
It will support by up keeping the facility, overseeing the Skills Arena when in use, and providing anything additional a member might need.
This position is great for those interested in the sports industry and learning more about how a facility like this operates.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities Meet and greet members as they enter and exit the club.
Allow support in finding them their space they will be using and directing them in any additional needs they might have.
Execute retail transactions with accuracy and drive sales goals Oversee and support the operation of our Skills Arena.
Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
Update member accounts and assist in managing our booking system.
Provide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests Maintain an orderly and clean work environment including consistent upkeep of all communal spaces.
