You will be joining a seasoned team of drug hunters with an excellent track record in drug discovery.

Responsibilities:
Partner with VP HR to provide human resources expertise to actively contribute to the achievement of business objectives, increase engagement and performance, and support the creation and sustainability of a healthy culture.
Through strategic& operational recruitment activities, scale the organization appropriately to support company growth plans.
Employee benefits management:
Consistently revisit and review company benefit selections and recommend new strategies that maintain HotSpot as an employer of choice.
Review policies and strategies for annual open enrollment and implement innovative benefits that support a healthy, engaged and productive workforce.
Assist employees with benefit plan troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Manage employer, state, and federal leave programs.
Partner with VP, HR, and leadership to develop and deploy compensation plans that are fair, competitive, supportive of organizational strategies and compliant with company direction, local laws, pay equity or other statutory requirements.
Lead daily operations of compensation programs including but not limited to:
market pricing, survey participation, base salary structure development, merit pay programs, job evaluation and leveling, and annual merit and promotion processes.
Identify employee development opportunities that contribute to advancing the talent agenda for the organization, including researching and implementing local training and development grants.
Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers regarding employee relations, development, performance management, and other HR practices Lead the creation and implementation of common HR policies and processes that support public company readiness, streamline processes, maximize productivity, and utilize technology.
Lead HRIS activities:
Ensure data integrity, and safeguard system security/data privacy with a commitment to utilizing best practices and overseeing HR data security procedures and guidelines including Global Data Protection Regulations.
Maintain ADP WFN with up-to-date employee data, generate reports, troubleshoot issues.
Participate in implementing future HR technologies including an ATS and HRIS.
Develop and track relevant metrics and provide analysis, proposals and reports when needed.
Assist with EEO reporting and AAP requirements.
Partner with external immigration advisors to ensure compliance and adherence to immigration regulations.
Ensure HotSpot compliance with respect to public worksite notices and submit all relevant, signed paperwork to external advisors in a timely manner to avoid delays.
Lead and contribute to organization-wide people initiatives/projects.
Qualifications:
BS/BA degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business, or related field required.

years of progressive, advanced, HR expertise leading and executing programs, projects, processes, and day to day responsibilities across multiple HR disciplines.
Solution-driven and resourceful individual with strong talent for navigating complex and ambiguous situations in a rapidly growing organization.
Excellent business acumen with effective cross-functional communications skills - strong ability to present to diverse audiences with credibility; must excel at interacting with all levels of organization.
