Vascular Technical Reviewer

The MGH VasCore Core Laboratory was founded in 1997 to assist sponsors in the development, oversight, analysis, and reporting of imaging protocols for non-cardiac vascular device and pharmaceutical trials.
VasCore is the largest of its' kind in the world.
Since its' inception, VasCore has participated in over 250 clinical trials, and now interacts with over 50 countries around the world.
This is an on-site position.
Summary of
Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility for the Technical Reviewer is sonographic case review and analysis.
In addition, the Technical Reviewer will perform a complete review of physiologic studies.
Primary Duties:
oAnalyze and review all documents sent to VascoreoThe Technical Reviewer will check the Vascore case/materials for the following:
Completeness of the case/study documents Subject Identification Code Clinical Site Identification Number Correctly labeled media Notify appropriate personnel of cases to be overread oCommunicate with company sponsor and clinical sites any study related issuesoDocument and track communication for study related issuesoProvide assistance and support to clinical sitesoParticipate in preparation of study materialsoImaging Equipment Routine MaintenanceoMaintain case filesoProvide training and education for clinical sitesoAssist with miscellaneous duties when necessaryoProvide support to ancillary staffoPerform Quality Control image overreads as specified by Medical or Technical DirectoroCertification by ARDMS as a Registered Vascular Tech (RVT)oMinimum of 5 years clinical experience conducting vascular ultrasound examsoMinimum of 2 years clinical experience in an ICAVL accredited laboratoryMassachusetts General Hospital is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
