Our Overnight Bakery Quality Supervisor supports Tatte's efforts to provide comfort and joy, and to inspire, care for and nurture life, every day, by primarily being responsible for, in partnership with the Overnight Bakery Manager, overseeing the production and quality of overnight baking at our bakery.
The Overnight Bakery Quality Supervisor is committed to uncompromising quality and craftsmanship in all aspects of our overnight baking and is responsible for ensuring that all products are prepared to Tatte specifications.
As the last person to approve product for cafes and catering kitchens, this role ensures products are ready on time and consistent with Tatte's standards.
Additionally, the Overnight Bakery Quality Supervisor supports the Overnight Bakery Manager and bakery leadership in areas including but not limited to accurate invoicing and providing a high level of customer service to our bakery's clients.
This person has shared responsibility for cultivating a safe work environment for all team members by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Summary of Responsibilities Ensuring consistent and quality products per Tatte procedures and specifications Aids the overnight bake team to execute all overnight bake tasks efficiently, effectively, and safely Shared responsibility for the quality control process in proofing, baking, finishing, picking, and packaging all goods Maintains safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards (Tatte, Local, State and Federal) of the entire premise, including sharing the responsibility of local and federal food inspections along with the Department of Transportation guidelines Maintains strong and effective relationships with all Tatte managers, supervisors and support team members Ensures that all invoicing is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Promotes, models, and maintains Tatte mission and values, Tatte's commitment to diversity, inclusion, equity & belonging, and adheres to all Tatte policies Active involvement in ongoing evaluation and development of team members Actively participates in management meetings to ensure effective and accurate communication of all relevant product and operational information Understands and follows crisis management procedures Other duties, as assigned Working Conditions / Essential Functions Able to stand for 8 hours per shift/day, 5-days a week for an average workweek of 40 hours Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to 50 pounds Must be available to work overnight shifts during the week and weekend, and holidays (as needed) Position Requirements Ability or a willingness to learn to operate bakery manufacturing equipment such as deck ovens, proofers, rack ovens, fryers, etc.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
