com THE ROLE The HR Coordinator will be responsible for executing day-to-day HR administration and assisting the HR Director with employee lifecycle processes.
They will partner with the Human Resources Director on key initiatives that drive employee engagement and business performance while cultivating View Boston organizational culture.
This position carries out HR Coordinator responsibilities in high volume recruitment, training, onboarding, and employee relations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSoDevelop and maintain strong partnerships with management ensuring HR strategies, processes and practices are implemented.
oEnsures optimum staffing levels exist throughout the unit at all times for operational success.
oPrepares and posts all internal and external advertisements for recruitment and job positions.
oReviews and tracks all job applications & resumes.
oCoordinates interviews with interview panel members and adjusts as needed.
oPartners with employees and management to communicate various human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards, and other government regulations.
oEnsures company compliance with all existing governmental and labor reporting requirements.
oMaintains personnel filing system, assists HR Director with weekly payroll documents for processing.
oAssists with coding of all invoices for HR Department.
oPartnership in the processing of leaves of absences and benefits administration.
oResponsible for requesting all new ID badges and distributing all badges for each department.
oResponsible for assisting in verifying employment for both PT and FT employees.
oEnsures all Workers' Compensation claim documentation is completed and provided to the insurer.
oUpdates the View Boston policies, procedures and Staff Handbook as needed.
oUpdates View Boston training PowerPoint presentations and training materials as needed.
oCoordinates all upcoming training rosters and assists with training program at View Boston.
oOrganizes and maintains HR filing, ensuring it's up to date and secure.
oAssist the Department Heads with special projects as needed.
oPromotes and maintains a safe and healthy work environment.
oOrganizes and assists with hiring job fairs.
oPerforms other duties as assigned by Director of Human Resources and View Boston Management team.
QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
o2-4 years of experience in HR Administration.
o1-2 years of Employee Relations experience.
oExcellent communication skills.
oBilingual in Spanish.
oKnowledge of UltiPro HR system a plus.
oProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Ppt, Teams).
oExcellent Management and social skills.
oExcellent documentation skills.
oFlexible, straightforward, and independent.
oAbility to work independently and take Initiative.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
