, making it easy for the enterprise to seek and act upon the recommendations we deliver) The Corporate Strategy team is composed of high-performing professionals with a mix of top-tier financial services and management consulting experience The Corporate Strategy team consists of the Core Strategy, Consumer & Market Insights, and Strategic Planning & Delivery functions; this role will sit within the Core Strategy team, report to the Strategy Lead, and work closely with the Head of Corporate Strategy The team is strongly aligned with MassMutual's core values:
focus on the customer, act with integrity, value people, work collaboratively, achieve results THE IMPACT YOU WILL HAVE Lead substantive strategic problem-solving efforts for senior audiences - define scope, generate project hypotheses, lead underlying research and analysis, collaborate with clients, test findings, and develop high-impact deliverables Help build the team - develop Analysts as part of our ongoing Analyst program (e.

, providing coaching / feedback, serving as a mentor, supporting recruiting and training efforts) and take responsibility for continually improving team performance and shaping team culture Role model behaviors - high-energy, self-driven, strong interpersonal skills, intellectual curiosity, highest level of professionalism Positively impact the company's course and speed - work as part of a broader, integrated team of MassMutual's Core Strategy, Consumer & Market Insights, Strategic Planning & Delivery, and Corporate Development teams to drive insights and impact in the collective pursuit of advancing the company's corporate agenda THE RESPONSIBILITIES Independently lead end-to-end delivery of projects, including coaching and guiding Analysts, to answer strategic business questions and develop solutions to complex business problems that cross disciplines and will advance business unit or company goals Bring structure to ambiguous problems and take action to solve them Demonstrate autonomy in performing and guiding Analysts to perform competitive, market, consumer, and financial analysis necessary to inform business decision-making, using quantitative and qualitative approaches Synthesize complex information to create compelling and influential narratives with clear takeaways and recommendations Create client-facing deliverables that are simple, powerful, and data-driven Communicate in a structured manner with conviction, clarity, and a bias for action Work collaboratively with a diverse team to come up with the best solution and move MassMutual leaders to action Establish trust-based relationships with MassMutual senior leaders to better serve their lines of business, functions, and the enterprise as a whole; be a key partner in resolving complex problems Foster intellectual curiosity and creative thinking in stakeholders, business partners and colleagues.
Further develop your leadership style, leveraging your own passions, strengths, and personal values THE QUALIFICATIONS 4-8 years of proven experience, preferably in management consulting or corporate strategy with a strong track record of successful delivery Bachelor's degree is required at a minimum Financial services knowledge is helpful but not required Leadership ability:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
