Field Residential Construction Coordinator (Affordable Housing - Multifamily)

Monday - Friday (regular hours) WinnCompanies is searching for an organized and detail-oriented Construction Coordinator to join our team in Roxbury, MA.
In this role, you will oversee and manage capital improvement projects as well as the rehabilitation of multiple properties.
This position is crucial in our team, focusing on the seamless integration of preconstruction planning, project development, client support and interaction, and project estimating.
You will need to be a strong communicator, highly organized and ready to solve problems.
Responsibilities Seeking a candidate to work onsite at an Affordable Housing Community in Roxbury, MA and the the liaison between subcontractors and Site Leadership Oversee the bid process, review standard work specifications for the Request for Proposal process and work with subject matter experts, architects and contractors to develop specifications for projects Manage rehabilitation projects, maintain continual presence at the site to ensure contractor achieves milestones and acceptance of work, and run team meetings Direct oversight of materials, maintain material budget, seek approvals for budget overrides from client/owner, manage expenditures with material supplier of choice, and select, negotiate and manage the relationship with local material suppliers Manage capital budget and ensure annual capital budgets are maintained Requirements 3-5 years of related experience within Skilled Trades and Residential Construction oversight High School/GED required Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders including customers, crews, peers etc.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Outstanding organizational skills.
Ability to problem solve and remain calm under pressure.
Comfortable with change and a fast-paced environment.
