High school diploma or equivalent Must be bilingual, English/Spanish Minimum 1 year of experience of patient service / administrative in healthcare setting
Responsibilities:
Schedule, cancel, and/or reschedule patient appointments Check-out appointments and create follow up visits or recalls Accurately collect, verify, and data enter demographic and insurance information Answer calls through multiline phone system Document clear and concise telephone encounters or RX refill requests and route appropriately Navigate and document in the Electronic Medical Record (Epic), to access relevant and appropriate information Interact in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner while capturing accurate information in order to provide superior customer service Job Type:
