We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources, ensuring the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs align with our organizational goals.
The Human Resources Manager will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and engaging work environment, including designing, implementing, and administering HR programs and services to help improve the performance of MP and the employee experience.
This is a hybrid position based out of the Beverly, MA headquarters office reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives that support overall business objectives and foster a positive work culture.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding performance management, talent development, and career progression.
Deliver HR administration in all areas of human resources including but not limited to benefits enrollment, paperwork, and scheduling.
Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for new hires.
Implement and maintain HRIS systems to streamline HR processes and improve data accuracy.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Take accountability/ownership for core people metrics of the business including employee retention, employee turnover, time to fill positions, as well as others.
Support the company's performance mindset and open feedback throughout our company.
Manage employee relations, addressing and resolving issues or conflicts that arise, and handling disciplinary processes and formal grievances.
Conduct exit interviews and employee engagement surveys to provide insights to C-Suite and managers.
Facilitate our Love Community program and annual core value awards.
Retain historical human resource records electronically.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field required.
5-8 years of progressive experience in human resources management, preferably in an emerging stage fast-paced growth services and technology company of similar size.
Demonstrated experience in managing HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration.
Experience in developing and driving HR initiatives, policies, and procedures to support company growth and employee engagement.
Demonstrated ability to handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Knowledge of market trends and benchmarking to ensure the company's compensation packages remain competitive.
Experience in managing employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other wellness programs.
Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) and other HR-related software.
Knowledge of payroll and HCM processes.
Good business acumen and confidence to provide consultation both with the C-suite and entry level teammates.
Proactive, results-oriented self-starter who is passionate about exceeding expectations with a strong sense of urgency.
Keen attention to detail and drives for results.
Personable with the ability to build quick trust and relationships.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
