HR Consultant - Investment Management - Boston, MAWe are currently seeking candidates for a Sr.
Human Resources Consultant position located in Boston, MA 02111.
The position is with a top tier investment management firm and the HR Consultant will report to the Head of HR.
The Human Resources Consultant will be responsible for owning the performance management system and process for a global workforce.
This includes creating project plans, managing and owning the performance process, and managing the PMS (performance management system).
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience working with performance management systems, project coordination, and human resources.
This is a 4
month contract assignment that will pay $70 - $75/hr within a 40 hour work.
Responsibilities:
Own the performance management system globallyCreate project plans and timelines for the performance management systemManage the performance management process, including setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviewsManage the performance management system, including data entry, reporting, and analysisManage the project management cycle for the performance management systemWork with managers and employees to ensure that the performance management system is effectiveStay up-to-date on the latest trends in performance management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field5
years of experience in performance management3
