Recruiters Are Responsible ForoGenerating, maintaining, and processing evergreen pipeline for GTM teams.
oSourcing and recruiting passive and active candidates, including interviewing, assessing, managing, negotiating, and closing.
oProviding a proactive, detail-oriented, high-touch candidate experience across every step of the recruiting process, captured in our ATS.
oPartnering with hiring managers to advise, guide, and influence successful hiring processes resulting in top hires.
oIdentifying and recommending or implementing process improvements as a member of the Talent Acquisition team.
You Have o6
years experience as a full-cycle recruiter, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter.
oSuccessfully recruited and hired within an GTM (SALES) org.
oCreated high-quality, high-volume candidate pipelines supporting your searches.
oPartnered with and influenced hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
oEmbedded diversity recruiting into every step of your approach.
You Are oPersistent in your pursuit, thoughtful and kind in your communication oDetail and process-oriented, with a personal standard for excellence oCustomer service focused, and a builder of great relationships and even better outcomes oComfortable in ambiguity and high-change environments oFamiliar with Greenhouse or other ATS's Reporting to Global Head of GTM Recruiting, success looks like:
oWithin your first month, you will be generating high-quality, high volume pipeline, with candidates progressing throughout your processes oWithin your second month, you will have closed your first full-cycle searches oWithin your third month, you will have established credibility with your hiring managers and serve as an expert and advisor.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
