Medicare Marketing Communications Manager (remote)

Why This Role is Important to UsThe Marketing Quality Assurance Manager will manage inventory of collateral across all marketing executions through delivery/fulfillment; ensure version control, internal and external approvals, and compliance documentation; and manage material translation.
They will help CCA prevent regulatory noncompliance and dissemination of marketing materials with inaccurate/misleading info, as well as ensure materials adhere to all CCA communications policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will work under the direction of the SVP, Marketing.

NoneWhat You'll Be DoingCCA is looking for a detail-oriented, resourceful and determined individual to join our team as the Marketing Quality Assurance Manager and who is excited about developing a best-in-class compliance capability in our Marketing department.
Successful candidates will have experience with marketing campaigns, tactics, and materials across multiple products and/or markets.
Candidates must have experience with state and federal healthcare marketing guidelines.
They should be detail-oriented and have excellent problem-solving and verbal/written communication skills.
Candidates will be asked to operate effectively in sometimes ambiguous environments and must have a demonstrated track record of collaborating with business teams and Legal and Compliance departments.
Candidates will also need to be able to influence without authority while also being able to work with some measure of autonomy.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company, its products, and its client base to implement effective marketing campaigns Develop, implement, and manage processes to ensure marketing campaigns/tactics/materials meet required specifications for regulatory compliance prior to submission and dissemination Identify and set appropriate quality standards and parameters for materials Communicate quality standards and parameters to Marketing, Product, Pharmacy, Ancillary, Sales, and other appropriate shared services partners Participate in audit and other compliance activities Identify and analyze issues and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommend and facilitate solutions to these issues Maintain compliance with federal, state, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies Other duties as assigned.

5-7 years of marketing experience demonstrating growth in managing version control, regulatory compliance, and approval documentationExperience Desired:
Experience working in a managed care organization preferred Medicare and/or Medicaid experience highly desired Experience with Monday.
