The Delivery Experience - Field Service team is seeking an experienced Order Manager with a background in spare parts, customer service, new product introduction, and a thorough knowledge of materials management and planning systems.
The successful candidate for this position will be self-managing, have a high sense of urgency, and is driven to achieve defined service levels and program goals related to technical, quality, and delivery requirements.
Key job responsibilitiesThe Field Service Order Manager role is responsible for execution performance for Amazon Robotics spare part customers and continuous improvement through automation.
This includes, but is not limited to, customer support ticket resolution, delivery troubleshooting, sales order management, Problem Service Report (PSR), web store catalog management, and exception management.
- Actively support and foster a culture of inclusion.
- You drive overall operational readiness to meet cost and service targets.
- You own automation of business and customer processes to allow the team scale.
- You work on a business strategy that may be defined but the design and process are not well defined.
- You are the subject matter expert for internal team support and exception management resolution.
- You are able to deliver with limited guidance.
- You handle difficult problems/efforts and help drive clarity by identifying and tackling problems in a timely fashion.
- You audit appropriately to ensure effective results.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
