Entry Level Marketing Associate
Have you ever been a server, bartender, or sales rep, but experienced the inevitable burnout? Are you ready and wanting to GET OUT of the Retail Industry? Looking to enter into sales and marketing but lack the prior experience to get in the door? Are you tired of getting stuck in dead-end jobs and empty promises? Just looking for something different or to be a part of something bigger than yourself? We are looking for individuals who can start off in entry-level sales and marketing as Brand Ambassadors in learning how to run and operate LOCAL PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGNS.
We represent clients in a number of sectors, including sports & entertainment, and telecom.
OUR MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROGRAM IS ONE OF THE BEST IN THE ADVERTISING INDUSTRY! You definitely have to LOVE talking to people and interacting with people.
You're a possible match if you have a strong desire to grow in a company and get a shot at being a larger part of an organization but just haven't had that opportunity yet or lack the training.
You don't need to have prior experience in sales and marketing to be considered, because we train and mentor our people in EVERYTHING, but, of course, prior sales or marketing experience is a plus.
We offer personal, hands-on training tailored to each individual's strengths and weaknesses.
We also offer promotions based on each person's merit and achievements, NOT seniority.
