4K a year The Liberty Fleet of Tall Ships, based in Boston, Massachusetts, operates the Tall Ships, Liberty Clipper and Liberty Star and invites applications for the post of Deckhand, Liberty Clipper, Boston.
We are currently seeking Deckhands of all abilities to fulfill our summer / fall season.
Come join Liberty Fleet of Tall Ships! The Fleet consists of the Liberty Clipper, a 125 steel hull schooner and the Liberty Star, a 67 wooden hull schooner.
Both ships operate out of Boston, day sailing June through early October, before the Liberty Clipper transits south to the Bahamas for our winter wind-jamming season.
Successful completion of the summer season earns you priority consideration as winter crew.
Ideal candidates must have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, a commitment to the highest levels of customer service, and a passion for traditionally rigged vessels.
All potential crew must pass a pre-employment drug test.
This is a live aboard position.
During the summer months, both ships enjoy both day sailing and private charters in Boston harbor.
The summer season ends in October, with the possibility for promotion to our larger vessel working in the Bahamas for the Winter Season.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
