5K a year Job Overview The Logistics Service Representative 1 will work in the following programs:
consumer based reverse logistics, basic product education, and process walkthroughs.
The Logistics Service Representative 1 supports the company's processes through professional communications, primarily outbound and some inbound with our client's customers, on behalf of OnProcess' clients.
The Logistics Service Representative 1 is also responsible for updating the company's database with all appropriate information, and supports all quality assurance efforts and program criteria.
Responsibilities and Duties PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES Perform/handle outbound or inbound customer communications via phone and other various methods of communication Advise customers on behalf of OnProcess' clients Follow detailed instructions as outlined in company documents (read scripts) Update program databases accurately Appropriately handle challenging and unique customer situations in accordance with OnProcess' policies Identify and escalate data or program specific issues to appropriate level of management Meet or exceed OnProcess' key performance standards and quality objectives Work as an integral part of the Operations team; contributing to the department's ability to consistently meet or exceed OnProcess performance goals May be responsible for multiple programs and working cross-functionally through multiple programs at the same time QUALIFICATIONS Previous customer service experience High School diploma or equivalent Attention to detail and accuracy Multi-tasking skills including the ability to toggle between multiple computer windows Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Familiarity with, or the ability to understand/utilize databases and Microsoft Office programs Ability to use a computer efficiently, troubleshoot basic issues, and set up.
Reliable internet with a minimum speed requirement of 25MBPS download, 5MBPS upload (25/5) Education Requirements High School or equivalent Experience Requirements 1
