About the jobRed Hat's Executive Briefing Center team is hiring a highly motivated and energetic member for its global Executive Briefing Center based in Boston/MA.
Red Hat's Executive Briefing Center is a key strategic customer engagement asset that provides clients, partners, and account teams the opportunity to explore a customer's strategic business initiatives and learn how Red Hat is uniquely positioned to deliver expected business outcomes aligned to their industry and enterprise using OpenSource based Enterprise solutions.
Each engagement is tailored to deliver a collaborative conversation with key Red Hat executives, technical thought leadership and product owners to demonstrate the value of Red Hat's open source based enterprise solutions.
In your role, you will be one of the primary points of contact to support the EBC team in scheduling and managing customer engagements, this includes interacting with Red Hat account teams, internal stakeholders and external facing entities.
You will also get to meet with many customers by welcoming them to our briefing center and supporting them throughout their visit.
The goal is to deliver world-class experiences, at the Executive Briefing Center (EBC), that enhance customer and partner relationships,accelerate business growth and advance the Red Hat brand.
You will work closely with the EBC Leadership, EBC Program Program Managers, EBC facilitators and account teams from around the globe to create customized briefings focused on client business outcomes.
What you will do Manage customer registration and check in process for briefings and events Key onsite contact for briefing management and scheduling Schedule and manage all preparation / calls leading up to and after a briefing Conference room preparation and digital asset readiness for briefings Onsite contact for customers and account team for briefing related questions (Local Support, Area Information, Hotel/Restaurant Info) Primary interface with Red Hat's leadership and their EAs for briefing support Use the EBC briefing management platform to schedule briefings, invite presenters and executives as well as track their attendance Manage and update the available conversation topics in the EBC and coordinate with the relevant corporate functions In some cases support after briefing social events in our EBC space#LI-KK1What you will bring Bachelor's Degree 3
years of relevant experience in a customer facing environment Event/Meetup management experience is a plus Available to work 10% after 5 pm Travel once or twice a year to support key offsite events High attention to detail Professional appearance and manner Strong administrative skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Prioritizes and multitask work functions Ability to work cross functionally with other internal Red Hat groups Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner Adapts quickly to last minute changes and deadlines Able to manage several complex engagements simultaneously Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment Proficient in Google worksuite and/or Microsoft Office (Powerpoint/Excel/Word) Working knowledge of graphics tools such as Adobe Illustrator or similar products Knowledge of a briefing management platform such as BriefingSource is a plus Experience with digital collaboration tools such as Miro or BlueScape considered a plus Recommended Skills Administration Adobe Illustrator Attention To Detail Collaborative Softwares Communication Customer Relationship Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
