The position requires basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical painting, drywall, appliance repair, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications:
You must possess a valid MA driver's license and have reliable transportation.
Successful candidate will need to maintain a positive attitude, and exhibit superior customer service skills.
Experience with a real estate property management company is preferable.
Additional skills required:
Proven experience as maintenance technician Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime Background check and references required This is primarily a 40 hour a week position, Monday- Friday.
Occasional weekends and evenings may be required during heavy work periods along with the opportunity for overtime pay.
