Research Marketing Associate

The Research Marketing Associate is responsible for effectively communicating between the Firms Research Analysts and Financial Advisors.
Will respond to Financial Advisors questions on companies under coverage, general market activity and industries on the Research desk.
Will promote and market Research materials to the Wealth Management Group.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Respond independently to the daily volume of widely varied and diverse inquiries on individual stocks and market sectors from any of the 2,500
Financial Advisors (FAs).
Attend and listen to the daily early morning Research call and, if possible, the early afternoon Research call, and provide an accurate summary of the call details.
Publish the Select List and other Research marketing materials.
Post daily market comments, rating changes and information on the Stifel portal prior to the opening of the stock market.
Gather financial data from various resources to respond to FA requests to help them service their retail clients.
Respond to a few select international Institutional client requests.
Provide appropriate training in conjunction with other FA training classes.
Perform other related duties as assigned unsupervised with backup resources available.
$71,300 to $80,100 base salaryQUALITIFICATIONS Exceptional communication skills, self-reliant and able to relay information proficiently in both written and verbal formats.
Manage priorities and tasks in order to meet deadlines and accomplish goals.
Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify complex problems, review related information, develop options and implement solutions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Minimum B.
A.
in a related field.
Minimum 1 year of related experience.
LICENSES AND CREDENTIALSMinimum FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and FINRA Series 7 or ability to get fully licensed within 6 months.
SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGY Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Bloomberg and /or FactSet experience is a plus.
