has an immediate opening for a Sales Representative in our Namic division.
This Sales Rep position works closely with the Acute Care sales teams to provide clinical product and sales presentations to grow new business in the Cath Lab/Interventional Radiology, as well as secure and expand current fluid management business.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIESConsistently achieve and/or exceed individual sales goals assigned by Management using persuasive communication and effective selling skills.
Accountable for maintaining and growing existing account base as well as converting competitive accounts which generate new business growth.
Effectively build relationships and strategic partnerships with Acute Care Sales Team as well external customers.
Successfully execute corporate strategy for the NAMIC division.
Maintain all product, clinical and procedural knowledge as it relates to the products being sold within a specific territory.
Effectively manage assigned territory through field sales activities to include territory analysis, total geographic coverage, account management, prospecting and new product evaluations.
Develop and maintain key physician, clinician and hospital contacts as well as industry influencers to achieve corporate objectives while servicing the customer to meet their needs.
Maintain business climate awareness and industry knowledge to implement successful sales strategies.
Develop and maintain specific account knowledge within assigned territory such as:
key decision makers in each department, department hierarchy, products used and how they are used, company products and competitor's products, new product process and hospital programs.
Ensure a superior customer service orientation with each account and follow up within 24 hours.
Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times with external customers and internal employees.
Qualifications :

BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating a background in cold calling, commission, full-cycle sales experience OR at least 5 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating a background in cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales experienceAt least 2-5 years outside sales experience with a proven successful track record.
Previous experience selling in hospital and/or healthcare industry preferred.
Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels.
Willing to travel at least 75% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSRelevant Work Experience with in the Cardiac Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology space.
COMPENSATION:
The anticipated compensation for this position includes $100,000 in guaranteed earnings for the first year with additional commission ranging between 10-20% net sales growth.
This role is bonus eligible.
Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
Salary:
$37 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
