Engineering Coordinator

We are currently sourcing for an Engineering Coordinator to work Hybrid in Boston, MA! As a key member of Fidelity's Facilities and Data Center Operations team, you will oversee, and execute all critical administrative functions to support the Manger, Director, and the Operations Staff This position requires that you possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
You should have experience in Microsoft SharePoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Outlook Calendar.
Other online applications required include ability to learn Change Management, Access Control Manager, Corrigo Work Order System, and Finance applications.
You must have the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving, constant changing environments and a proven capability to work with people at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities to include:
Report to and support Director and Manager of Engineering Operations as assigned.
Support Engineering Operations with day-to-day responsibilities.
Support Engineering Manager as required to maintain a high level of value and effectiveness for the department and technicians.
Support engineering technicians within the scope of the job responsibilities.
Serve as a point of contact for FREC associates, partners, and vendors outside of the Engineering Operations department.
Support the training for Engineering for tracking courses and total hours completed.
Achieve and maintain expert level knowledge of:
Microsoft office suite, PowerPoint, and all applicable internal Fidelity Real Estate Company software applications.
Assist in preparation of department presentations for Engineering Senior Manager using:
PowerPoint, Excel, Word, or other software programs.
Initiate, dispatch, track completion, and close Corrigo demand Work Orders as needed.
Prepare distribute and track for approval all requisitions for annual blanket purchase orders.
Prepare distribute and track for approval all requisitions for unexpected annual expenses.
Prepare distribute and track for approval PAR's (project allocation requests) for Capital Projects led by the department.
Track Cost Center and General Ledger charges against the department budget using Oracle Financial tools.

Fluid expertise in Microsoft Office Ability to work without constant supervision to complete your work.

You will be an enthusiastic member of a team of 8 to 12 engineers.
You will work with the team by continuously supporting their administrative needs, while facilitating superior performance, workplace improvements and team coherence.
Your knowledge of PC's applications specifically, Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, CMMS You are highly organized and diligent to balance priorities while handling multiple team initiatives and tasks.
Dynamic Working At Fidelity TalentSource, our goal is for most people to work flexibly in a way that balances both personal and business needs with time onsite and offsite through what we call 'Dynamic Working.
' Most associates will have a hybrid schedule with a requirement to work onsite at a Fidelity location for at least one week, 5 consecutive days, every four weeks.
