Operations Analyst
Our client, a private equity firm located in Boston, is seeking a temporary operations analyst.
This is a temporary opportunity and can compensate up to $30/hr.
depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for performance of work aligned to assigned Fund Operations Center of Excellence Team, in line with established deadlines, by following standardized procedures, workflows and templatesPerform basic data entry to operations systems and Excel, run and review reports, perform data reconciliation/validation, and manage system uploadsEnsure compliance with documentation standards applicable to the Fund Operations Center of Excellence, including creation of a standard documentation package clearly evidencing work performed, conclusions reached, and signoffCommunicate with Fund Operations Center of Excellence Team Leader on any comments on work performed, addressing comments timely, and applying lessons learned to future work productDevelop an understanding and expertise in the assigned functional area, both in terms of depth (knowledge of process) and breadth (knowledge of fund-specific characteristics and how they effect the process)Prepare ad hoc requests and help with Fund Operations Center of Excellence projects related to continuous improvement
Qualifications:
High quality administrative and organizational skills; strong attention to detailAbility to perform independently and as part of a teamAbility to multi-task and work collaboratively with multiple team members within the Ops CoE and across departmentsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience and familiarity with basic finance and basic accounting conceptsProficient Excel skills; willingness to learn new systems and applicationsBS/BA - Business - Finance, Economics or AccountingBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
