Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 15 years of experience in the field.
Comprehensive knowledge of Application, System, Network, Database, Learning Management Systems, and Audiovisual and other Instructional Support technologies.
Strong technical background in design and application of technology systems, including networks; administrative, instructional, and classroom technology; workstation and server management; database management and reporting; system integration; and administrative software.
Technical understanding of Azure, Active Directory, application development, and cyber security.
Supervisory experience, including managing, training, planning, assigning work, professional development, and performance appraisals.
Proficiency in developing, proposing, and managing an annual department budget.
Project management and vendor relationship management experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to articulate complex technical concepts in understandable written and verbal communications.
Ability to work independently on problem resolution and researching new technologies.
Team-oriented, hands-on approach, with excellent customer service skills.
Flexibility to work outside normal business hours when necessary.
Experience in an educational setting is preferred.
Preferred Certifications:
