Python Engineer
An opportunity to work on a variety of greenfield projects with one of Boston's top Asset Managers.
We are seeking a Python developer to join our Research Group.
You will be responsible for key systems like market & performance data, capacity allocation, and research operational data management.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain software as needed by business users, incorporating existing applications and data sources into the new Datawarehouse.
Enhance and uphold the current codebase following team management directives.
Engage in collaborative teamwork, emphasizing frequent pairing in a supportive environment.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of commercial experience as a Software Engineer.
2-3 years of experience working in Python (Python 3+).
Proficient in designing, developing, and managing APIs.
Strong database design and querying skills, preferably in MySQL.
