Customer Service Representative Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests - Schedule service calls and deliveries for customers - Filing - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Payment collection - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Follow company policies and procedures for customer service
Qualifications:
