Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with empathy Proficient in using CRM software and other customer support tools Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
