WHAT YOU'LL DO This co-op position offers a great opportunity to experience a global commercial strategy / revenue management role in an exciting, demanding, and fast-paced environment. Co-ops are highly valued, fully-contributing members of our team and receive significant responsibility and exposure to our internal customers across BCG. Through a combination of valuable hands-on work experience, training, and mentoring, our co-ops experience rapid professional growth. In this role, you will gain exposure to and help support several high visibility topics across our team and function supporting the enhancement of BCG's commercial success in the market. This may include (among other responsibilities) codifying and enhancing our library of best practices, undertaking commercial and market intelligence, conducting quantitative analysis, improving internal infrastructure and processes, building tools, and supporting discussions with senior leadership and trainings. The role will also support Revenue Management's initiatives on commercial strategy and transaction excellence. YOU'RE GOOD AT Being a proactive, collaborative team player:
Co-ops will work across the full team and assist teammates with completing ad hoc deliverables in a timely manner, lead independent sub-projects, and proactively own and improve our commercial libraries, databases, and recurring processes Driving to insight via analysis:

Our team touches many pieces of the business that require co-ops to be flexible and efficiently multi-task in a fast-paced environment YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) Must be an undergraduate student currently enrolled in Northeastern University and approved by the university to participate in the January to June 2024 co-op cycle Preferably a sophomore or above with strong academic performance Good problem solving and analytical skills with an attention to detail Proficient in Excel; experience with PowerPoint, Slack, Outlook, Business Objects, Tableau, or Alteryx a plus Proactive, resourceful, self-starter who takes initiative Prior work/co-op experience a plus Must be authorized to work in the United States YOU'LL WORK WITH The Global Revenue Management Team supports BCG's commercial strategy, manages commercial risk, and improves BCG's position in the market. You'll partner closely with colleagues from several functions across the organization and globe, including Commercial Teams, Finance, Legal, and BCG's Specialty Businesses. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
