2K - $107K a year Seeking an Attorney candidate (licensed to practice in Massachusetts) who is a self-starter with or without real estate conveyancing experience, but possesses the ability to learn by doing.
This candidate must show the ability to generate their own book of business (with guidance from the firm) while assisting the busiest Associates or Partners at the firm until they've built their own sustainable book of business.
Also, the candidate must be able to effectively interact with clients and referral sources ranging from first time home buyers to large institutional investors and lenders.
This position requires a candidate to tactfully negotiate real estate contracts, perform and review title exams, review condo documents, review and issue title policies, and conduct a Closing.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
