Job Description:
Guest Service Agent
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests' inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints - Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, including handling payments and issuing room keys - Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions - Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Promote hotel services and amenities to guests - Handle reservations and manage room inventory - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate records and handle guest requests promptly - Basic technical sales knowledge to promote hotel services effectively We are looking for a Guest Service Agent who is friendly, professional, and customer-focused.
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with exceptional service throughout their stay.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
