Who are we looking for? Able to work weekdays and weekends (a must), we offer flexible schedule.
A team player working together to create great first and last impressions.
Greet passengers upon flight arrival/departure and direct to appropriate transportation - buses, taxis, car rentals etc.
Offer lost luggage assistance in conjunction with airlines.
Meet and greet guests, assist with airport process, luggage tags, documents, etc.
Able to resolve guest concerns or escalate to appropriate area.
Good customer service skills a must.
A well-groomed, friendly, and professional etiquette in accordance with brand standards.
Candidate must enjoy working in a diverse environment with attention to detail.
Able to work independently with little supervision.
Fluent in English.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
