Xsell Resources is currently seeking an Account Manager to join our team to support and grow our northeast region client base.Your sales talents will be utilized to build long-term business relationships with current and potential clients in the Northeast market. Our competitive compensation structure focuses on your unlimited success potential and has put in place a commission plan that is significantly above market!Required Skills:
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the staffing industry.Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, multi-tasker, organized, detail oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility. Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and obtain job leads. Build account plans for existing clients and new business development. Know how to take a job description conversationally and translate back to your recruiters. Must be savvy and comfortable in negotiating compensation with clients. Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and clients. Build a reputation for integrity and trust with all you come into contact. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
