Responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the clinical nursing team Works in collaboration with the CMO & COO to achieve organizational goals and improve quality outcomes Ensures compliance with all regulatory boards Works with leadership team and department mangers to ensure quality patient care, care management, compliance, etc Helps manage and develop budget Orients, trains, and mentors new hires and provides continued education opportunities to staff
Qualifications:
Master of Science, Nursing 10
