Customer Service

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and taking care of our book of business.
This role requires excellent phone etiquette, strong communication skills, and the ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Key
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries with accuracy and a sense of urgency via multiple channels including phone and email Provide detailed information about our client's insurance policies upon request.
Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations efficiently and accurately.
Assist clients with the policy change process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Run daily and monthly audits to be pro-active about potential client issues.
Work closely with sales and underwriting teams to resolve customer issues and contribute to improving service delivery.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes.
Skills/ Requirements:
- Experience with Insurance Agency Technology like EZ Lynx or other similar systems.
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Problem Solving Skills.
- Ability to read the room and propose solutions that will resolve issues.
- Work in a fast based environment handling multiple tasks in priority of importantance.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
