ResponsibilitiesInteract closely with clients to provide innovative individual and business tax planning, consulting and compliance services in a timely and effective mannerSpecialization and experience in both individual and business tax returns, with concentration in flow through entitiesEnsure complete client satisfaction through open communication, managing deadlines and proactively sharing tax savings strategiesProvide proper representation with taxing authorities for clients under federal or state examination.
Possess strong writing skills for responding to problem resolutions for tax noticesWork closely with Partners, Directors and staff on client management, professional development and business development activitiesSupervise, develop, train and mentor staff including performance and engagement reviewsBe involved in practice development efforts of the firmProvide on the job training to subordinatesAssist partners with preparation of engagement budgets and staff performance reviewsReview staff work product and ensure firm processes and quality control procedures are being executedAttend professional development and continuing education sessions on a regular basisCommunicate engagement needs to the clientRecognizes extended services opportunitiesKeep current on professional announcementsProactively participates in professional development opportunities, i.

Mentoring ProgramPresent on a technical topic(s) for level trainingCultivate effective relationships with client and staffCreative positive impression with client by exhibiting professional competency and abilityQualificationsBachelors or Masters degree in Accounting requiredMasters in Taxation degree of LLM in Taxation a plusCPA certification required with a 7
