Working ArrangementHybridJob DescriptionThe OpportunityThis role is within the marketing organization of Manulife Investment Management, the global brand for the global wealth and asset management segment of Manulife Financial Corporation.

The Global Head of Content, Institutional is a pivotal leadership position that will be accountable for developing and implementing the content strategy for Manulife Investment Management's institutional business.
The role is a player-coach position where you will lead a team of writers and also be accountable for the research and writing of a broad range of investment topics for a wide spectrum of marketing, sales, and business initiatives.
The ideal candidate would have experience writing content on equities, fixed income, real assets, private credit and/or private equity targeting institutional clients insurers, sovereign wealth funds, pensions, banks, etc.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with portfolio teams, chief market strategists, product teams, internal and external sales, legal, compliance, fund accounting, performance, and other areas of the organization to complete assignmentsCollaborate with account executives, design, digital experience, production, and analytics to complete assignmentsWrite clear, persuasive arguments, supported by evidenceWrite first drafts across a wide variety of assignments, both short form and long formWrite copy for websites, social media, thought leadership, as well as more traditional marketing tactics, including emails, banner and print ads, video scripts, flyers, brochures, presentations, etc.
Independently research insight and data used to develop or bolster written workRecognize and uphold the firm's brand voice in all written communicationsUtilize numerous technologies and software platforms to collaborate, write, and publish work in a fundamentally digital work environmentDevelop strong working relationships with the portfolio teams and internal business partners supporting that area of workWhat are we looking forBachelor's Degree is required10

Salary & BenefitsThe annual base salary for this role is listed below.
Primary LocationBoston, MassachusettsSalary range is expected to be between$114,975.
00 USD - $206,955.

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
