Since inception we have sustained a considerable growth trajectory, becoming a significant player in this space by expanding our market making, algorithmic and benchmark execution capabilities.
The business is now looking to sustain this growth with further significant investment.
As part of this investment, we have a remit to expand our quant team globally, including in our Boston office.
We are seeking a VP level candidate with significant electronic trading experience, be it on the buy or sell-side, which can complement the teams existing skills and experience.

What you will be responsible forAs an eFX Quantitative Analyst, Vice President you will help enhance our market making capabilities.

Detailed knowledge of the microstructure and microdynamics of different types of low latency markets, i.
e.
central limit order books, bespoke liquidity pools, dark books, mid books, etc.
, ideally in spot FX and NDFs, although similar experience with equity and futures markets could be considered.
Understanding of the relationships between different types of market participants, their trading characteristics, and the market dynamics associated with their trades.
Understanding of the relationships between different asset classes, and how they relate to FX.
Someone who can provide domain expertise on relevant areas of the business.
Education & Preferred Qualifications3 5 years minimum experience in eFX trading, at a bank or hedge fundProven track record of the design and implementation of automated trading strategiesMSc or preferably PhD in Mathematics/Physics/Engineering/Data Science or similarExperience with a data analysis & modelling language (e.
g.
Python, Matlab, etc.
)Experience with a production system language (e.
g.
Java, C++, etc.
)Solid knowledge of statistical analysis, including machine learningDesire to work within a collaborative, team-driven environmentStrong communicator:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
