It is responsible for:
Bringing major, new solutions to market with speed and then quickly scaling them to meet business objectivesAnticipating genuine market needs and opportunities, within the in which we channels compete, which guide product development and enable Sales & MarketingExpertly positioning our solutions to highlight their total value, competitive differentiation, and market fitThis team works across all functions to ensure all facets of the solution are ready to meet the demands of a highly driven brokerage market.
The Solution Implementation Director is responsible coordinating the implementation of a new solution across various functions and business capabilities, ensuring launch readiness through close coordination with Marketing, Sales & Distribution, and Product Development.
This person also handles the backlog of post-launch actions to ensure ultimate market successes.
Responsibilities:
Develop a comprehensive go-to market plan for a new solution, which includes market opportunity, product fit, and marketing / distribution strategiesLead end-to-end delivery of for a new solution, through close collaboration with key collaborators across the business in Product, Marketing, Sales & Distribution, and Operations (including all business capabilities)Ensure Marketing and Sales & Distribution readiness and that messages are clearly understood, all vital marketing collateral is developed, and training is complete so that internal and external partners are sufficiently ready at launchBe responsible for the backlog of post-launch actions to ensure market acceptance, working across the business to ensure agreed-upon delivery and timely resolution of any issues or challenges.

Salary & BenefitsThe annual base salary for this role is listed below.
Primary LocationBoston, MassachusettsSalary range is expected to be between$114,975.
00 USD - $206,955.

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
