About the teamIn 2019, we built Smart Forms, an innovative experience that allowed us to deliver new workflows to Amazon's global employees, managers and HR Admins.
Workflows in Smart Forms result in validated, approved and integrated transactions, which would have previously turned into unvalidated manual work.
The product abstracted away common patterns in a way that allowed us to rapidly standup new workflows in days as opposed to traditional development which would take months.
With over 1 million transactions processed per month, we are excited to finally productize our approach by providing these features as builder tools for other Amazon teams to leverage.
Our new strategy will allow teams to individual domain teams to build on behalf of Amazonians in a way that scales.
The timing is perfect as Amazon moves away from the third-party (3P) systems we once relied on to first-party (1P) solutions that scale.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Boston, MA, USA.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
