FREE ONSITE PARKING Contract to Hire Work is performed onsite Hours :
Saturday/Sunday/Monday 1pm-11pm Must be available for initial basic call center training remotely 4 days a week for 2 weeks 10:
30am - 7pm Position
Summary:
Works collaboratively and partners with other Team Lead and Manager to deliver a quality call center patient experience.
This position focuses on the patient/callers experience through serving as a resource training and coaching call center operators.
Team Leads support employee development, performance management as well as troubleshooting operational issues related to paging, emergency code activations, telephones and other system related concerns.
Update databases and on-call schedules.
Handle escalated calls.
Previous experience in a Call Center setting or in healthcare providing customer service.

High School Degree 10 years or general work experience - customer service or administrative Previous HealthCare job experience Ability to think on your feet and pivot based on operational demands Job Type:
