Oversees complex litigation in the eastern half of the United States through supervision of outside counsel. Proactively manages cases to drive favorable results for the insured and/or the company. Actively participates in ADR processes and manages all facets of a lawsuit from inception to conclusion. All file types are managed and all venues within the eastern United States.Position Compensation Range:

Proactively manages cases to drive favorable results for the insured and/or the company. Actively participates in ADR processes and manages all facets of a lawsuit from inception to conclusion. All file types are managed and all venues within the eastern United States.Specialized Knowledge & Skills RequirementsoDemonstrated ability to oversee complex litigation involving outside counsel defending complex high-risk lawsuits in state and federal courts.oDemonstrated experience in ADR proceedings, including mediations, arbitrations and other ADR as appropriate by venue.oAbility to adapt and learn case management software and utilize online resources to locate case information depending on jurisdiction.oSuccessfully applied knowledge of each phase of the litigation process.LicensesoObtain state specific property casualty claims licensing as required.Travel RequirementsoUp to 10%.oCatastrophe travel up to 75% as applicable.Physical RequirementsoWork that primarily involves sitting/standing.Working ConditionsoNot applicable.This position works within a combined team of adjusters and attorneys, responsible for the management and oversight of outside counsel on litigated, complex files. Candidate will ensure that counsel's performance aligns with legal strategies and that counsel delivers high-quality legal representation. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
